Orivane Home currently ships to customers within the United States.

SHIPPING COST

Standard shipping is free for United States orders.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Most orders are delivered within approximately 6–12 business days. This estimate includes order processing and shipping time.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, holidays, high order volumes, or other events outside our control.

TRACKING

When tracking becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking information may require several days to update after shipment.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or fulfillment begins.

DELAYED, LOST, OR DAMAGED ORDERS

For damaged items, include clear photographs or video of the product and packaging.
