The filtered shower head sold by Orivane Home is intended for shower use only. It is not a drinking-water purifier or certified water-softening system. Filtration performance and filter lifespan can vary depending on local water quality, water pressure, and usage.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Orivane Home may accept or decline an order at its discretion. An order is accepted only after payment is successfully processed and we confirm acceptance.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We might not be able to cancel or modify an order after processing or fulfillment begins.

If we decline, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided with the order.

Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

You represent that purchases are for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is placed and shown in the order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

If we cannot ship within the stated or legally required timeframe, we will contact you with available options, which may include consenting to the delay or receiving a refund for the unshipped order.

Orivane Home is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, sales and purchases made through our store are directly between you and Orivane Home.

Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and Orivane Home or for injury, damage, or loss arising from products purchased from Orivane Home.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from transactions between you and Orivane Home.
